We are all freaks. Every single one got his condition. A unique ailment that sets them apart.
We cannot touch each other. Everyone’s got something that is toxic to the others.
One day there came a girl. She wasn’t toxic at all. But no one dared touch her, as to not make her sick. But she didn’t care. She wanted to touch us. And she did.
With every contact she became more infested. The ailments bore down on her. She became ever so sicker. But she didn’t stop touching us. She couldn’t take away our conditions. But she gave us hope.
A hope that was never to be fulfilled again, because on one day, she was gone.
We are freaks. We cannot touch each other. We are toxic to others.
